Ada Pierre is from Brampton, Ontario, and the founder of “I Train. I Win.,” a brand born from her personal journey of overcoming adversity. After suffering a ruptured Achilles and grappling with mental health challenges, Ada realized that mental strength is key to success. Through counseling, she discovered that the mind often fails before the body, and that by training both, true victory can be achieved. This epiphany inspired her to launch “I Train. I Win.,” a brand that promotes the message that consistent training—whether physical or mental—leads to success.
